"Tasty meals, good quality"
So... I was actually happy with the meals overall. The food tasted fresh, and most of the dishes had really good flavor. A few portions felt a little on the small side for me, but I still enjoyed it and would definitely order again here and there.

I’ve only had one box arrive late so far, but overall the deliveries have been reliable. For the most part, they show up when they say they will, which is what you’d expect, right?

My sunbasket box arrived in good shape, and everything was still nice and cold when I opened it. The jars and bags were packed neatly, nothing leaked this time, and the insulation definitely did its job.

I do appreciate that a lot of the packaging is recyclable or compostable, but there was still more plastic than I was hoping for. When I mentioned it before, it kind of felt like my concern was brushed aside, which was frustrating. Overall, it was a solid delivery experience, I just wish they’d take the waste issue a little more seriously.

"Easy to pause, but the communication could be clearer"
I needed to skip a few weeks, and thankfully the actual process was simple. I did get a bit annoyed because some of the subscription info wasn’t super clear, so I ended up messing something up. That said, customer service got back to me quickly and helped fix it without making it a big hassle

"Always feels like a good delivery day"
I’ve ordered a few boxes now, and every time I open one I’m in a good mood because the veggies and meat have been fresh. Nothing has shown up weird or wilted so far, which is really all I was hoping for

I’m gluten-free and my husband is kind of paleo-ish, which usually makes meal planning a whole thing. Not gonna lie, I’ve been using sunbasket for a few months now and I really like how easy it is to swap meals around. There are always a ton of choices, so I can pick whatever fits what we’re in the mood for that week. It never really feels boring, which I appreciate.

"Super easy recipes to follow"
I’ve ordered from Sunbasket a few times now, and the recipe cards are really easy to get through. The steps are laid out clearly, so even after work when I’m kind of tired and not wanting to think too hard... it still feels manageable. The meals come together quickly too, and I never feel like I’m standing there guessing what to do next.

"Good food, just a bit much"
The meals were good. Tasty, fresh enough, no real complaints there. But the price... yeah. Kind of hard to get past that. I liked what I ate, just not sure I’d pay that much again.
